Pachuco noun a juvenile gang member of Mexican American ethnic origin. Pachuco's noun, a BBQ joint with some seriously good eats.
I'm talking about 1/2 portions of brisket, pulled pork, or sausages. It also has some bao, mofongo and tacos on the menu. The menu is setup as an Al a carte meaning there are no meals but you make your own meal.
In the center of the restaurant is a self serve area that has pickles, peppers, onions, and of course sauces both bbq and hot. One of my favorite sauces is the gold sauce it's a delicious vinegar sauce that is perhaps one of the best things they offer, it goes great with their pulled pork and almost any meat of their imagine.
All in all I like this place.
